BLEND OF FRESH & AGED SAISON w/ CZECH SAAZ

A blend of barrel fermented and aged saisons.

Two base beers - one prominently featuring malted spelt and the other, malted rye - come together in different portions in this blend. The two batches were mildly hopped in the kettle with Amarillo and Cascade, respectively, and the final beer was dryhopped with Czech Saaz before packaging.

Saison can be a lot of things. This is just one of them.
