Northern Monk’s Infinite Fog is a bold, haze-laden Double IPA that invites you to lose yourself in flavour. 

Craft brewed with Northern pride, this 8% Hazy DIPA is thick with fruit-forward hops and wrapped in a soft, swirling haze.

Dry-hopped with a carefully selected combination of Nelson Sauvin and Idaho 7, alongside enhanced Citra products for an extra lift, Infinite Fog delivers expressive citrus and peach character with depth and intensity. 

Juicy, aromatic, and full-bodied, it’s a modern DIPA built for hop lovers who enjoy getting lost in the fog.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Pale gold with a dense, opaque haze.
• Aroma: Bright citrus aromas layered with ripe peach, tropical fruit, and subtle white grape notes.
• Taste: Juicy and fruit-forward, bursting with citrus and stone fruit flavours, balanced by gentle bitterness and hop saturation.
• Mouthfeel: Full-bodied and smooth, with a soft carbonation and a lingering, juicy finish.
